Avocado, Coconut and Turmeric Smoothie

Quick blitz for those mornings when you are in a rush but need all the goodness for the day ahead.

Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and de-seeded and chopped

100ml light coconut milk

50g fresh turmeric with skin on, chopped

200ml of oat/almond milk

Method

Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour into glass and quickly drain it!!
