Time to get the cocktail shakers out for Santa and the festivities!!
5 unwaxed lemons
350ml golden rum
175ml apricot liqueur
150ml lemon juice
100ml orange juice
500ml of Earl on the Moor, brewed for 10-15 minutes
Zest the lemons and oranges and put these and the sugar into an air tight container and leave overnight.
The next day, juice the lemons and oranges and add to the sugar and stir.
In a punch bowl, add the citrus sugar and juices and all the other ingredients stir well.
