Green Tea – Cold Brewed
Easy to make and good to go for the day.
1 litre of filtered water, boiled and cooled
15 g of green tea/6 green tea bags
In a jar that fits into your fridge, place the green leaves/tea bags and pour the cooled water in.
Place in the fridge overnight.
The next day strain the tea leaves/remove the tea bags and decant into your ‘keep cup/bottle’
You can add fresh mint, lemon thyme, other herbs, flavours, sliced fruit, cucumber or anything that’s in season and that you fancy.
