Lets levage the lavender in your Earl Grey/Earl on the Moor with a summer cordial.

Ingredients
300ml freshly drawn and filtered water
100g caster sugar
50 heads/100g of fresh/dried lavender
10g/3 tea bags of Earl on the Moor
Method
In a saucepan, put the water and sugar and heat gently and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Put the fresh/dried lavender in the water and sugar and bring to the boil. Boil for a few minutes. Take it off the heat.
Add the Earl on the Moor tea leaves/bags and leave to infuse for a couple of hours.
Strain, cool, pour into bottles and store in the fridge.
Serve half the cordial in a glass, top with chilled sparkling water.
