Ginger Infusion

This is a brewed and drank first thing in the morning during the monsoon months. To warm you in the cooler months.

Ingredients

100g fresh ginger per person, skin on and chopped

Fiery ginger tea to quell an upset stomach or first thing in the morning. Warming and filling
Ginger Herbal Tea

Method

Place the ginger with 250ml water (per person) and simmer for 10/15 minutes. Ginger is quite fiery so taste as the herbal tea simmers.

Remove from heat, strain and drink when hot.
