220 ml of milk/almond milk/ oat milk
5g of Ceylon Black tea
1 organic egg
sugar to sweeten
Heat the milk and tea until it comes to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, break the egg, whisk until light and creamy and then very gradually add the milky tea. Add the second splash of tea only when the first has been totally incorporated into the egg mixture.
Serve hot and creamy.
