Grown up punch that has all the complexities as an alcoholic tea cocktail. There is an alcoholic version too, its gotta be done!
4/5 sweet oranges
200g of sugar
6g/2 tea bags of Earl on the Moor
6 dashes of @Seedlip Spice 94
2 tsp of fruit vinegar
400ml of @TwelveBelow Rhubarb and Ginger
Alcoholic version –
300ml golden rum
6 shots of peach liqueur
Garnish – strawberries
Zest, peel and juice the oranges. Pour this into a container, add the sugar, stir and leave to infuse overnight.
Cold brew the Earl on the Moor:
Spoon/Drop tea leaves/tea bags into another container, pour in 600ml of cold filtered water. Cold brew at room temperature overnight.
Strain the orange infusion for the peel only. Stain the cold brewed tea.
Add these into your punch bowl along with all the other ingredients and stir to mix well.
Serve in glasses with a garnish of your choice
